Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals require a verified account in good standing and a balance at or above the published minimum.

During the pre-launch phase, reward balances are accumulated in your account and withdrawals may be limited or unavailable until the official launch.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the BNX team and processed in the order received.

Processing times vary and may be longer during high volume or maintenance periods.

You are responsible for providing a correct destination address. Transfers sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.

BNX may request additional verification before approving a withdrawal.

Requests linked to abuse, multi-accounting, bot activity or prohibited behaviour may be rejected and the related balance removed.

Network or processing fees, where applicable, may be deducted from the withdrawn amount.
