By creating a BNX account, opening the BNX Mini App or using any part of the BNX platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

You must be 18 years or older to use BNX.

You must also meet the minimum legal age applicable in your jurisdiction to use the BNX platform. Where local law sets a higher age for this type of service, that higher age applies to you.

You confirm that using BNX is not restricted or prohibited under the laws that apply to you.

One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity on your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the reward system, or are used for fraudulent activity.

Mining sessions, tasks, boosts and referral rewards are platform features that credit reward units to your account balance.

Reward rates, session lengths, boost effects and task rewards are configurable and may change at any time.

Rewards have no guaranteed monetary value. See our Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure.

No automation, bots, emulators, scripts or exploits used to generate rewards.

No fake or duplicate accounts, referral farming or manipulation of the reward system.

No attempts to interfere with, reverse engineer or attack the platform or its infrastructure.

Rewards obtained through prohibited activity may be removed without notice.

BNX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be added, changed, paused or removed.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
